  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period after dispatch until delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 8–18 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Select international countries

📍 We do not ship to PO Boxes or invalid addresses. A valid residential or business address is required.


5. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 USD
  • Standard Shipping: $10 USD (orders under $60)
  • Expedited Shipping: $20 USD

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours
  • During peak periods, updates may be delayed

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.


7. Delivery Responsibility & Liability

Once the package has been shipped:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer and carrier
  • Mollys Lane is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages

📦 Proof of delivery provided by the carrier is considered valid fulfillment

If tracking shows "Delivered":

  • Claims of non-receipt may be declined
  • Customers must contact the carrier directly

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Mollys Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier

For damaged items:

  • Contact the carrier to file a claim
  • Keep all packaging and items for inspection

9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not refundable
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
