Refund policy

At Mollys Lane, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with an exchange or refund.


1. Return Window & Conditions

Full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our “Fresh & Flawless” requirements:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents (perfume, deodorant, body odor, or detergent).
  • Cleanliness: Items must be free of makeup, self-tan marks, stains, or damage.
  • Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Footwear: Must be returned with the original shoebox in perfect condition (please do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoebox).
  • Accessories: Handbags and accessories must include original dust bags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale Items: Products marked as “FINAL SALE”, items with a crossed-out original price, or items in the sale/clearance section.
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Including (but not limited to) intimates, bodysuits, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, beauty products, and personal care items.

3. Processing & Refunds

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Timing: Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
